Unico Projects is a nature-led development group working across land, agriculture, wellness hospitality, and managed farmland, from a foundation built over more than a decade of regional presence in West Bengal.
Land is finite. Across West Bengal, many of the most valuable land and property assets remain underutilised not because they lack potential, but because they require vision, patience, and experienced execution to unlock their worth.

Since 2012, Unico Projects has maintained a continuous operational presence in Bishnupur and Bankura District. Not as a project developer passing through but as an organisation that has worked the soil, managed plantations, navigated seasons, and built relationships with the land and the people of this region.
That presence is not incidental. It is the foundation of everything the group has built and the reason Serina Resort is emerging not as an imported concept, but as a genuine expression of this place.
